Our mission is to empower promising young women from disadvantaged backgrounds with world-class higher education, mentorship, and emerging career pathways, equipping them to excel, uplift communities, and drive systemic change.



Adira's Two Stage Model

A transformative two-stage learning model designed to equip young women with the skills and knowledge to thrive.

Stage 1: Foundation & Acceleration

  • Time Commitment: 15-20 hours per week
  • Enrollment: Students remain in their regular schools
  • Grades: 9 & 10 (Acceleration/Freshman & Sophomore Year)

Focus Areas

  • Learning how to learn
  • Self-paced, mastery-based education
  • Strong academic foundations
  • Critical thinking and dialogue 

Stage 2: Full-Time Immersive Learning

  • Time Commitment: 40-50 hours per week
  • Enrollment: Full-time at Adira Academy
  • Grades: 11 & 12 (Junior & Senior Year)

Focus Areas

  • 4 days of academics + 1-2 days of work-study
  • NIOS + SAT + AP + Seminar Courses
  • Career exposure sessions
  • Passion projects
