Our mission is to empower promising young women from disadvantaged backgrounds with world-class higher education, mentorship, and emerging career pathways, equipping them to excel, uplift communities, and drive systemic change.



Adira's Two Stage Model

A transformative two-stage learning model designed to equip young women with the skills and knowledge to thrive.

Stage 1: Foundation & Acceleration

  • Time Commitment: 15-20 hours per week
  • Enrollment: Students remain in their regular schools
  • Grades: 9 & 10 (Acceleration/Freshman & Sophomore Year)

Focus Areas

  • Learning how to learn
  • Self-paced, mastery-based education
  • Strong academic foundations
  • Critical thinking and dialogue 

Stage 2: Full-Time Immersive Learning

  • Time Commitment: 40-50 hours per week
  • Enrollment: Full-time at Adira Academy
  • Grades: 11 & 12 (Junior & Senior Year)

Focus Areas

  • 4 days of academics + 1-2 days of work-study
  • NIOS + SAT + AP + Seminar Courses
  • Career exposure sessions
  • Passion projects

What does an Adira graduate look like?

She proactively works on her wellbeing.

She has spaces and methods to care for herself, has formed a community of support beyond her family, and reaches out for help when she needs it.

She demonstrates agency.

She can make informed choices for herself, take calculated risks, and is in control of her decision making.

She demonstrates critical thinking.

She can form critical opinions, argue and defend herself using informed and varied data, while navigating her own biases.

She stays connected with her community and finds ways to pay forward to others based on what she has received as opportunities.

By developing multi-disciplinary expertise, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to keep learning across various fields, she ensures her continued success.
