Program

At Adira Academy, students don’t just study — they build skills for life. Alongside academics, all students complete these four programs, which are mandatory for graduation.

Passion Project

Students identify a local problem they care about and design a solution over two years. They develop

  • Empathy through research
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills

Graded based on quality of research, execution, and reflection.

Work Study Program (WSP)

Students gain real-world experience through part-time internships aligned to their academic majors

  • Junior Year: 400 hours
  • Senior Year: 250 hours

Graded based on mentor feedback and performance.

Proactive Wellbeing Program

Students learn to care for their physical, emotional, academic, and digital wellbeing through:
  • Advisory sessions
  • SEL workshops
  • Expert-led wellbeing sessions
Graded based on participation and application of strategies.

Careers Program

Students prepare for the future through

  • 10+ Career Exposure Sessions each year
  • 1:1 Pathway Planning
  • Support for summer programs, fellowships & college apps

By Senior Year, each student has a personalised career plan.
