The four domains

  • Advisory

    Advisory

Within the heart of student experience, advisory offers each student consistent guidance and connection beyond academics. Every student meets with her Advisor twice weekly in a small group, creating a space for sustained mentorship.

Advisors hold 6 to 7 students and see them twice weekly. Every conversation is anchored in the five Adira Strong values: Learning Agency, Resilience, Choice & Voice, Academic Success, and AI-Forward thinking so feedback is specific, not generic encouragement. Advisors are also Adira's first line of wellbeing monitoring trained to notice a change in energy or engagement so every student has a dedicated adult noticing their presence within consistently rather than at the end of a term.

  • Child Protection

    Child Protection

Every adult at Adira is a mandatory reporter. Concerns reach the Child Protection Officer within 24 hours. This is non-negotiable and never handled by one person alone.

Adira's child protection policy is anchored in Law and a dedicated Code of Conduct which governs every online interaction. Every staff member has been trained to be a mandatory reporter, and a detailed protocol has been mapped so a student can be directed to help as soon as possible.

  • Parent Engagement

    Parent Engagement

A dedicated parent program, with sessions that bring families in as partners in the Adira journey.

Engagement is built through dedicated sessions and spaces: a parent orientation in June, a progress call every quarter, and interaction sessions through the year. With each moment, we hope parents become informed and trusted enablers who support their daughter’s ambitions.

  • Wellbeing Curriculum

    Wellbeing Curriculum

A structured curriculum every student receives across all four years, designed to equip them with the skills to face pressure, choice, and change before she needs them.

The Wellbeing Curriculum maps onto the five Adira Strong values, each one developing a distinct set of socioemotional skills such as self-awareness and initiative, emotional regulation, the confidence to speak up, persistence, critical thinking and decision-making. Every session is tied to a value a student is also being coached on as part of their Advisory space.

Care in Practice

Concerns are noticed, documented, and acted upon through established wellbeing and child protection protocols.

  • Accessible

Every student has a consistent Advisor relationship, with regular opportunities for check-ins, coaching, and support.

  • Universal

Every student participates in a structured wellbeing curriculum across all five years, building skills before challenges arise.
